At Click Tally Counter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies only to physical tally counter products purchased through our online store. Our free online digital tally counter tool is provided at no cost and is not covered by this policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that are used, damaged through misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear after use
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@clicktallycounter.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damage in transit), we will cover return shipping costs and send a prepaid label where available. (Shipping policy here)
- If the return is due to a change of mind or other reason not related to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Contact us at info@clicktallycounter.com to arrange an exchange.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for verified damaged or defective items.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer, as processing times vary.
