Thank you for shopping with Click Tally Counter. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and ship physical tally counter products purchased through our online store. It does not apply to our free online digital tally counter tool, which requires no shipping.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before it is handed over to our shipping carrier. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the shipping method selected, and the weight/size of your order. Any applicable free-shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@clicktallycounter.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
