Welcome to Click Tally Counter
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and Click Tally Counter when you use our service. We’ve written these in plain language rather than dense legal terminology, but they are still the binding agreement between us.
By accessing and using Click Tally Counter, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What You’re Allowed to Do
We grant you a free, non-exclusive license to use our tool for personal and professional counting needs. This means you can:
- Use the counter to count anything you need to count
- Create multiple counters for different purposes
- Rename counters based on what you’re tracking
- Access the tool from any device with a web browser
- Use it for educational, business, fitness, spiritual, or personal purposes
There are no usage limits. Count as much as you want, as often as you want, completely free.
What You’re Not Allowed to Do
- Don’t copy our code — you may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer our tool to create a competing service.
- Don’t harm the service — no attempting to hack, break, or interfere with the operation of Click Tally Counter.
- Don’t spam or abuse it — no automated bot activity or abusive use that affects other users.
- Don’t use it for illegal activity — including using the tool to facilitate or support unlawful conduct.
- Don’t remove our branding — copyright notices and branding must stay intact.
In short: use the tool for what it’s built for, and don’t try to break it or use it to harm others.
Age and Eligibility
By using Click Tally Counter, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and that if you are under 18, you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the service.
How the Service Works
Click Tally Counter is provided on an “as-is,” “as-available” basis:
- We keep it running — we maintain our servers and fix problems as they arise, though occasional maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We can’t guarantee 100% availability.
- Your data stays local — counting data is stored on your own device, not our servers. This keeps it fully in your control, but also means backing it up is your responsibility. Clearing your browser cache will permanently delete it.
Advertising
This site is supported in part by advertising served through Google AdSense and its partner networks. Ads are selected automatically and may be personalized based on your browsing activity, subject to the cookie and advertising practices described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t create or control the content of third-party ads and aren’t responsible for the products, services, or claims they contain.
What We’re Not Responsible For
While we work to provide a reliable tool, we can’t be responsible for:
- Counting errors or miscounts
- Data loss due to device issues, browser problems, or cleared cache/storage
- Issues arising from third-party websites you reach through links on our site
Ultimate responsibility for how the tool is used, and for backing up anything important, rests with you.
No Warranty
Click Tally Counter is provided “as-is,” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the tool will be error-free, that your data will never be lost, that it will meet every specific need, or that the service will always be available. This is a free tool, and while we stand behind its quality, we can’t offer guarantees beyond what’s reasonable for a free service.
Intellectual Property
Click Tally Counter’s design, code, and branding are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and belong to us. You own your own counting data and any customizations you create, such as counter names, and are free to use or export that information as you like.
Changes to the Service
We may add, remove, or modify features, redesign the interface, or otherwise adjust how the tool works, including for technical, security, or improvement reasons. We aim to keep core functionality consistent and will communicate major changes where practical.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or if continuing the service becomes impractical. If access is terminated, we’re not responsible for any resulting data loss, though we’ll aim to give reasonable notice where possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Click Tally Counter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, revenue, or business — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Since the tool is provided free of charge, our total liability, where legally limitable, is capped at the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which, for our free tool, is $0).
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Click Tally Counter and its team from claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, any illegal activity conducted using the tool, or any claim that your use of the service violates someone else’s rights.
External Links and Third Parties
Our site links to social media and other external websites. We’re not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of external sites. Once you click through, you leave Click Tally Counter and that site’s own terms apply.
Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time; when we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Click Tally Counter after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
[Specify the country/state whose laws govern this agreement — e.g., “These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales” or “the State of Delaware, United States.” A specific, named jurisdiction is stronger and more enforceable than a vague reference, and reviewers and users alike tend to trust a specifically-stated jurisdiction more than a generic one.]
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact us first and describe the issue clearly — we aim to resolve concerns directly through open communication before anything more formal is needed.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Click Tally Counter regarding use of the service. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
